Why We're Here

The skill set of a TA is evolving and we don’t have the right toolkit to adjust. That’s why it feels messy, hiring managers not engaged, too many tools to choose from, never enough time to work on the right projects ultimately there is a perception problem in Talent Acquisition.

The Holistic Recruiter Club came about after 5 years in my mind, how do we elevate TA teams, how do we provide training and workshops that are 100% tailored to this topic. How do we emperor TA’s to take control of their careers? So we need to stop fighting in the trenches and take a 50,000ft view to understand how to navigate the situation.

Hiring managers and executive teams, through no fault of their own, often overlooked the goldmine of potential lying within their recruitment teams. The field of talent acquisition, although rife with potential, is still in its youth, grappling with inconsistent training standards and the exhilarating yet daunting low barriers to entry. Yet now we are growing, growing from a young department to the next phase.
